The first and most important goal was to create a quality product that was the result of their experience such that it could be appreciated in Italy and abroad while remaining firmly anchored to the tradition of the land of coffee.

Since the year of its foundation (1987) the brand has been synonymous with quality.

The company is entirely family-run and its headquarter is located in the heart of the city of Naples as if to signify how much territoriality and craftsmanship are the flagship of the company.

The ancient tradition of roasting is strictly respected, just as it once was, precisely following the cooking times and curves necessary to best enhance the taste and aroma of each type of coffee blend produced.

In the company, coffee bean is followed step by step and, thanks to a precious mix of passion and commitment, the work becomes a real art.

To obtain a drink with a good body, aroma and taste, we respect the secret of our ancient processing by roasting the beans individually according to their origin, then letting them rest in the silos and finally we compose the final blend. The difference with the industrial approach is therefore clear and clear, which tends to speed up production processes at the expense of quality.
